Job Description

Process Technical Specialist required for our biotech client based in Dun Laoghaire to support the execution of the process monitoring program and associated projects.

If you have 2 -3 years experience in a Biopharma manufacturing environment and interested in a challenging role in data extraction and analytics using statistical software JMP or Minitab this is a great opportunity to grow you knowlege and skills with a top 10 Biopharma company in Dublin.

As Process Technical Specialist your role will include:
o Generating analysis and reports to support annual product reviews
o Including compiling data extraction and manual analysis where not automated
o Writing summary reports and managing associated workflows (import, route for review, incorporate comments, route for approval, etc.)
o Creating and advancing investigation workflows associated with process monitoring trends
o Preliminary documentation, reviews with process leads and driving investigations to closure in a timely manner
o Supporting process monitoring projects and process development analytics projects including:
o Updating existing monitoring plans and forms per the re-design program
o Configuring automated analysis for process monitoring and functional area reviews
o Designing and validating custom reports using Tibco Spotfire

As Process Technical Specialist you will have:
o Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in the field of science, engineering, data analytics or computing/information systems
o 2-3 years experience in data extraction, statistical analysis and reporting preferably within biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Experience using software applications such as Spotfire, JMP, Minitab, PI to extract and analyze data prefrerred.
